| Jazz in the Park for Charity 2009 |
The "Jazz in July" event will be held Sunday, July 26, 2009 at Bicentennial Park in Olympia Fields. Tickets are $50 each and the proceeds will benefit various charities including Jassac Charitable Foundation, Inc. | 2008 DST National Homeownership Award |
JASSAC was the recipient of the 2008 DST National Homeownership Award. JASSAC was recently awarded a $10,000 grant sponsored by Wells Fargo, Inc. for implementation of economic development programs. The chapter will use the funds to host a workshop on entrepreneurship and homeownership in June, 2009. |
| Chapter Honored at 49th National Convention |
| Joliet Area South Suburban Alumnae Chapter and Mu Theta were the recipients of awards at the organization's 49th National Convention in Orlando, Florida. JASSAC won a grand total of 3 awards.
